Major Function:

Develop and implement marketing solutions to meet long term growth and retention objectives for the Bank. Manage the day-to-day marketing activities.

Essential Duties:

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget.

Oversee brand management and corporate identity.
Graphic design skills with some knowledge of Adobe Create Cloud or similar.
Collaborate with management and develop the marketing strategy in line with Bank's objectives.
Coordinate and run monthly meetings with the marketing committee.
Manage promotions, public relations efforts, and market research activities as outlined in the annual marketing plan.
Coordinate and manage inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
Manage the Bank's online presence
Coordinate social media, email marketing and newsletter production.
Develop programs to enhance the customer experience and promote community outreach.
Plan and coordinate seminars and special events.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant Bank functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Oversee communications with outside vendors (i.e. marketing agency and media providers) in coordinating the implementation of marketing promotions and projects.
Provide superior customer service in line with Reliance State Bank's Standards
Assist other employees/departments/branches to promote teamwork and good communication.
Promote a positive bank image in the community.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field or equivalent related work experience.

Digital marketing and event planning experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and public relations techniques and methodologies.

Proficiency with social media and online marketing opportunities..
Excellent internal/external communication skills.
Professional written communication skills to write copy, proofread and edit written work of others.
Prioritize and complete numerous projects and tasks with efficiency.
Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Accuracy and attention to detail skills.
Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a group setting.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
